Deputies were dispatched to an ongoing fight at the Family Dollar in the city of Akron. After further investigation, deputies arrested Bryan Lubang for third-degree assault. Lubang was later released on $1,000.00 bail.
APRIL 23, 2022
Deputies received a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of Main Avenue in the city of Akron. The case is under investigation.
APRIL 25, 2022
Deputies received a report of a party trespass in the 40000 block of County Road YY. The reporting party only wanted this to be documented. No charges will be filed.
Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Gum Avenue in the city of Akron for a chat with loose kittens. Leaflets were placed around town in hopes of finding the owner.

Deputies issued several violations of the ordinances in the town of Otis.
APRIL 27, 2022
Deputies received a call from a dog on the loose near Davis Bros. in the city of Akron. The dog was taken to the pound and the owner, Rodney Jefferson, came to pick up the dog. Jefferson received a loose dog warning.
Dustin Anglesey was transported to the Washington County Justice Center on a warrant from the Washington County Courts. Anglesey is held on a $10,000.00 bond.
APRIL 28, 2022
Deputies were sent to a loose cat in the 600 block of Cedar Avenue in the city of Akron. The cat was taken to the pound and the owner, Devon Harshman, picked up the cat and paid the pound fee.
Deputies met with the Washington County Department of Social Services to gather information about a potential child abuse situation. The incident is under investigation.

Deputies received a report from a party that struck a power line in the town of Otis and left the scene. The case is under investigation.
Deputies took a report of a stolen catalytic converter in the 300 block of Ash Avenue in the city of Akron. The case is under investigation.
